These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hauling Patriots website (https://haulingpatriots.com) and the hauling, moving, junk removal, furniture assembly, and tree and storm cleanup services we provide. By using our website or booking a job, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes

Quotes given by text, phone, or the website are estimates based on the photos and details you provide. The final price may change if the job differs from what was described (for example, more items, heavier loads, harder access, or hazardous materials). We will tell you about any change before doing the extra work.

2. Scheduling and cancellations

Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to weather, traffic, or earlier jobs. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may reschedule for safety reasons, including severe weather.

3. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you own the items or have the right to have them moved or removed.
• You provide safe, reasonable access to the job site and items.
• You tell us about anything fragile, valuable, or unusually heavy before the job.
• You remove or secure personal valuables, cash, and important documents.

4. Items we do not accept

We do not haul hazardous materials, including chemicals, paint, fuel, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, or anything prohibited by law. We may refuse any item we believe is unsafe.

5. Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing. Disposal or dump fees may be included in or added to your quote.

6. Damage and liability

We take care with your property. If something is damaged because of our negligence, contact us within 48 hours of job completion so we can review it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items that are improperly packed by you, normal wear on driveways or lawns from trailers and equipment, or damage caused by conditions we were not told about. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the job.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
